Customers, please note before making a purchase: Once a product is purchased from Ocean ReeFlections, you have agreed to the policies stated here on our policies page. (Please note our returns policy and also 20% restocking fee.) Our policies link is clearly viewable at the top of our homepage. There will be no exceptions , and we cannot be responsible for unread policies!

USE OUR CHECK-OUT. PAYPAL ACCEPTS DEBIT AND CREDIT CARDS WITHOUT BEING A
MEMBER, AS LONG AS YOUR CARD HAS THE CARD CARRIERS LOGO ON IT.
Shipping Costs and Policies
Note: to help avoid returns, please be sure to ask questions
on any products you are unsure about. Orders placed before noon on
weekdays will be shipped the same day and orders placed after noon will be
shipped the following day. Weekend orders are shipped on Monday. We do not ship
on Christmas Day, Christmas Eve, New Year's Day, New Year's Eve, Thanksgiving
Day or the 4th of July. Orders can not be cancelled after being shipped or
refused due to delay in shipping.
Unless you have called to arrange for expedited shipping, all orders are
shipped UPS Ground. UPS Ground service to the 48 contiguous states. Additional
charges are levied on Aquariums and stands, sand and gravel, chillers, and
lighting over 48". All these charges are automatically added in when checking
out.
URI 60" and 72" lamps require a lamp box. The Lamp Box is ordered on the same
page as the URI 60" and 72" lamps.
For overnight, next day and 3-day air
deliveries, please contact us.
Please NOTE: In the event that merchandise is damaged or defective, if you
have paid for expedited shipping OceanReeFlections.com will NOT pay for
expedited shipping to ship a replacement, but will only pay to ship UPS Ground.
If you absolutely, positively need a product quickly you should
keep in mind that about two percent of lighting and UV sterilizer orders (both
lighting systems and bulbs) will have some sort of damage. Other
products rarely get broken or are defective. This breakage rate is typical for
the industry. We would prefer you buy from oceanreeflections.com, but if you
absolutely, positively must have a light system, bulb or UV sterilizer in the
next couple days, you may want to purchase the unit at a local store. We are
cheaper than your local store, but there is a small downside to purchasing on
the Internet and we want to be up front about it from the beginning.
Most continental U.S. orders are shipped UPS Ground and most packages
will arrive in 1-5 business days. (Business days are Monday
through Friday and do not include holidays).
To find out the delivery time to your specific address, please CONSULT THE
UPS DELIVERY ZONES MAPE ABOVE which gives delivery times from
Arizona to all U.S. locations. Some larger and more fragile items may be
drop-shipped from the manufacturer. If an Email address is provided, a UPS
tracking number will be sent to you and using that number you can find out the
exact date of delivery.
WE will only deliver to the lower continental states. NO Alaska or Hawaii Sorry!!!
We no longer send orders to APOs or international locales.
UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. No COD's please.
The outside packaging for more most items is recycled and may have the name of
the product you did not order. We do this because we believe in recycling and
we also believe in saving money--a savings we pass on to our customers. We do
not charge for packaging and handling.
Occasionally, items may come in packaging that has been pre-opened. This does
not indicate that the item has been pre-used, but only that the item was
inspected at the warehouse for a variety of reasons that may include checking
for damage and checking for the size of various inlets/outlets, etc.
Receipts are automatically Emailed to customers who have provided their Email
address when ordering.
A printed receipt is provided with every order shipped.
All shortages and shipments where the wrong product was shipped must be
reported within one week of receipt of the order. Check your order carefully to
be sure you received the products you ordered.
If your order is from Arizona you will be charged a 8.1% sales tax.
Warranties and Returns
All warranties are the manufacturers' warranties that are packaged with the
product.
On all products returns will be accepted up to 30 days after the customer
receives delivery on an order. Returned products must be unopened, unused, and
contain all original packaging and accessories (we must be able to resell the
product). Products with a broken manufacturer's seal will not be accepted for
return. Please note that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. PLEASE
DO NOT SHIP THE BOX BACK IN IT'S PRODUCT BOX. Always, put the
product box in a cardboard box fully packaged with the proper packing materials
Return Authorization Number: All products returned to us must
be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization number issued by ocean
reeflections.com To obtain a Return Authorization number please
Email us at sales@oceanreeflections.com
. PLEASE write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the packaging.
20% restocking fee: Upon receipt of unopened, unused and
re-saleable product we will credit you for the returned items less a 20%
restocking fee and any freight charges. If your order was shipped free freight
then the actual cost of the freight will be charged against your credit card.
Returns and exchanges must be returned to us freight pre-paid and insured.
If you decide to Return a defective or damaged product, and decide to not get a
replacement product or a product of equal value, you will still be charged a
restocking fee. If you don't want a product, it really doesn't matter that it
doesn't work properly.
Shipping Damage
We apologize greatly for any product that is damaged in shipment and will do
everything possible to rectify the situation. To help us out with damaged
products, please do the following:

PRODUCTS IN A DAMAGED BOX
If you happen to be at the delivery site when UPS delivers your products,
please look for dents in the packaging. If the dents seem severe, please refuse
to accept the package on the grounds that it is damaged.

WITHIN 72 HOURS, to inform us of the situation, and
we'll ship you a replacement as soon as possible. In your Email or phone call,
please let us know your order number and the damage to the packaging you
observed.
FOR SITUATIONS WHERE YOU ARE NOT PRESENT WHEN UPS DELIVERS
PRODUCTS IN A DAMAGED BOX
If you accept a package from UPS personally, or it is left at the delivery site
without a signature release, and you discover that the package has been dented,
open the package and look for any damage to your product (cracks, dents, etc.).
If the product is damaged, please contact Ocean ReeFlections WITHIN 72 HOURS (sales@oceanreeflections.com), inform us of the situation, and we'll ship you a
replacement as soon as possible. In your Email or phone call, please let us
know your order number and the exact damage to the product. Please keep the
packaging the product came in for five days as the UPS driver may pick up the
damaged package and return it to Ocean ReeFlections.
FOR SITUATIONS WHEN THE BOX IS NOT DAMAGED, BUT THE PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED.
If you accept a package from UPS personally, or it is left at the delivery site
without a signature release, and the packaging is not damaged, but you discover
damage to your product (cracks, dents, etc.), please contact Ocean ReeFlections
WITHIN 72 HOURS (sales@oceanreeflections.com
), inform us of the situation, and we'll ship you a
replacement as soon as possible. In your Email or phone call, please let us
know your order number and the exact damage to the product.
--IMPORTANT--
If we do not receive the product from you within two weeks, we will have to
charge you for the replacement. So, when you ship the damaged product back to
us, it is very important- that you insure the package and
retain the tracking number. Both UPS and FedEx will provide insurance and
tracking numbers.
OUR PRICING
What's the difference between Ocean ReeFlections and the guarantee's others
claim "lowest prices Guaranteed" Well the truth be known that no one can make
that claim. We shop our competition and change prices regularly just as they
do.
Ocean Reeflections will match any legitimate offer, if you find one lower then
ours, just contact us and we will do our best to try and match it!! On occasion
our competitors might sell below cost, (which is rare) we will not match below
cost prices. Sorry!
Unexpected Changes in Availability
Approximately, 99% of all items ordered are in stock. If an item is
out-of-stock and needs to be back ordered, we will notify you of the situation
on the first business day after you have ordered to see if you would like to
cancel some or all of the order.
PRODUCT PRICING PROBLEMS AND/OR DESCRIPTIONS CHANGES
From time to time, manufacturers change pricing and product designs. All
pictures, pricing, and descriptions on our site are subject to change without
notice and we maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Also if there
is a price on a product that looks to good to be true, it probably is, and you
think there is a pricing "error" please contact us so we can take care of it
for you. If the product is purchased on our check-out you will be contacted to
pay the correct difference before we will ship the product.
Your Privacy
Ocean ReeFlections is committed to protecting your privacy. The information you
enter on our site is held in confidence between you and us and is used to
process your order and to improve your shopping experience. Ocean Reeflections
does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. I can
